How Long Will my Order Take?
Each work of art is made to order by hand, one at a time...just for you. This process takes about 4 weeks and is done by skilled crafts people. We will ship your picture well-packaged to safely arrive at your door in perfect order.
Changes to Orders
Once an order has been entered, we cannot change any part of that order. We cannot add to or remove items from an order. We cannot guarantee, in most cases, to arrange for orders placed on different days to ship together.
Shipping/ Claims/ Returns
Shipping: Flat rate of 10% within the Continental USA.
Claims: If there is a problem with your order, please contact customerservice@smflorida.com within 5 days of receipt for quick resolution.
Returns: We do not accept returns without prior, written approval from an authorized representative at Soicher Marin.
